WoodSpring Suites Baton Rouge East I-12

I stayed here for a little over a month for business, and I found the employees to be fantastic! Ms. Asia, Ms. Erica, and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I was traveling with my two service animals, both German Shepherds, as I have some mobility issues, and they had no problem with them at all. My big boy was expecting treats because the workers were so nice to them, but I gave him one when we returned to the room The reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is due to some maintenance issues. The laundry machines, drink machine, and snack machine ate a few of my quarters. Additionally, the laundry machines need better maintenance. Guest also kept propping the doors open with various items, which made it difficult for me to navigate. I had to move trash can lids, rugs, and cigarette canister lids to avoid tripping or falling. However, I understand this was more of a guest issue than a service one since the staff were always quick to remove those obstructions. Despite these issues, I never felt unsafe, and my room was clean. I would stay here again if I pass through the area and If you're looking for a good place to stay during your transition, I would recommend this hotel!

Decently priced, and solid location. Not too far from the Mall of Louisiana, and right around fast food restaurants for quick eats. Only thing I’d love is a vacuum cleaner. Sadly I know other guests possibly steal them and probably misuse them, but if you ask for something at the front desk they’ll do their best to assist you!

Room was alright for the price. A little musty. Obvious repairs on walls and and in bathroom. But again, for the price it's its not too bad. However, the front desk girl Asia was super helpful and went above and beyond .

Friendly front desk staff . Autumn is fantastic. Such a pleasure to deal with.

I appreciate the great help, thanks to mr Delvin for giving me fresh towels when i need it, asia also was a big help. Asia & delvin vibe is the best, they will make your day full of laughs. The hotel experience was a whole vibe to me and also Mr Devin thanks for fixing my air in the room & ms ray for making it smell sooo good

Ms. Tracy is awesome and I will forever remember her kindness and prayers! I came here when I first transferred my job from another State. Everyone was very kind and helpful with getting me familiar with the area. They do regular checks on your room to make sure everything is working properly if it’s not they are sure to fix it promptly. I always felt safe here. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Also close to gas stations Walmart and many other businesses. If you need a place to simply rest or stay a little longer this is the place to go!

Great place to stay. Has really good pricing that fits my budget and comfortable rooms aswell. Also their staff customer service is awesome. Very respectful and helpful. Specifically the front desk has been amazing toward me. Shout out to autumn and ray for being great and kind!! Thank you guys!!
